Tastee Treats wants each customer to have a decadent experience with their order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help. If your product is ruined or defective, reach out to us via phone or email and we’ll send you a replacement right away.

In order for your product to be eligible for a return:

• The product must have been purchased within 14 days.
• The product must be unusable or defective in some way.
• The product must not be faulty or broken by misuse.
• The returned product must be in new or barely used condition.

If your product or order is eligible for a return, we will immediately send you a replacement and provide you with a return shipping label for the returned product.

It is important that replaced products are returned to maintain your account’s good standing and eligibility to place future orders. In the unfortunate event that replaced products are not returned in a timely manner, we reserve the right to refuse service. Have you received a product that needs to be returned?

-     Refunds (if applicable)    -

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns and refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
